Showtime Volleyball
Fall & Winter Programs
Players will attend weekly sessions for eight weeks. Each session will be a mixture of skill building drills and game play. Skills included:
- Serving
- Passing (Forearm Pass)
- Setting
- Hitting/Attacking
- Blocking
- Digging
- Serve Receive
- Footwork & Movement
- Communication
- Game Strategy & Court Awareness
Grade 6 & 7 Program (Boys & Girls)
